In the Senoamadi yard, days before Maropeng’s funeral, he unravels a tale where the Setlokwa dialect mingles with grief and memory. He recalls Maropeng—a charming womaniser—and a haunting incident with his sister, Lindiwe. His arrival feels less like chance, more like fate, as unspoken truths seep through tears and sweat.
