ELEMENTAL BODIES is a 4-part ritual movement series. It's an invitation to collectively explore the creative forces within us and deepen our relationship with the elemental beings that enable and sustain all of life.

We are elemental beings. Bodies born of earth, water, fire, and air. Our bones carry the minerals of the earth. Our lungs breathe in sync with the trees. Our digestive fires transform food into fuel. Our sweat and our tears flow towards the great waters just as these waters flow through us. We are made of these forces—dust, heat, liquid, and light.
